Easter Sunday special event - just 50 pence per ticket!
On Easter Sunday we're celebrating 20 years of the railway being open by rolling back our ticket prices to 2004! This means you can buy a ticket for just 50p to enjoy a ride on the railway.
The railway opens at 1pm and trains leave the station approx every 5 minutes until 4pm. We look forward to seeing you there.
Ryton Pools Miniature Railway is owned and operated by Coventry Model Engineering Society and is located at Ryton Pools Country Park near Bubbenhall in Warwickshire, England.
The Railway is open Sunday afternoons from 13.00 to 16.00 (weather permitting) from the first Sunday in April (or Easter if it’s in March) through until the end of September. We're also open on Bank Holidays and New Years day. We also open for special events throughout the year. For more information see our timetable.
If you'd like to ride on the railway, trains leave every 5 minutes from the station. Just turn up, buy a ticket and enjoy the ride. Everyone's welcome, under 3's must be accompanied by an adult but ride free.
Locos
Passenger trains are usually hauled by electric, steam or even petrol powered locomotives, a lot depends on how busy the railway is and the weather. We aim to run several steam only services during the year, these are published on our timetable.
